📋

Information we collect

  • Contact and business details you provide during signup or onboarding — such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business context you choose to share during onboarding, such as how missed calls are handled today or where qualified leads should be delivered.
  • Basic technical and anti-abuse data needed to run the site safely, such as IP-based rate-limit checks, submission metadata, and operational logs.
🔧

How we use that information

  • To configure and operate your FlowForger account, onboarding, and missed-call recovery workflow.
  • To send onboarding instructions, service-related updates, billing notices, and operational messages.
  • To prevent abuse, improve the site, and operate the business responsibly.
💬

Phone calls and text messages

  • If you provide a mobile number, FlowForger may text you about onboarding, setup, service updates, or operational issues related to your account.
  • We only use SMS for account-related or consent-based operational messages. Message frequency varies by workflow stage.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time and HELP for help.
  • Messages will identify FlowForger so the sender and purpose are clear.
🔒

How we share information

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
  • We may use service providers to host the site, store submissions, or deliver approved communications on our behalf.
🗄️

Retention and security

  • We keep account and onboarding information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
  • Access is limited to the systems and providers needed to run the workflow. No internet-facing form is perfectly risk free — please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
⚙️

Your choices

  • You may provide an email address, a phone number, or both — but at least one contact method may be required to complete onboarding or receive operational updates.
  • SMS follow-up is optional. If you do not want text messages, do not opt in, or reply STOP if texting has already started.
